confirm the exact subdivision because one department name does not cover every dental or maxillofacial need.Supporting physical medical institutionThe licensed physical medical institution to which an internet hospital is tied for practice, records, quality control and legal responsibility under the applicable model.Surgical safety checkThe institution's multi-person check of patient identity, operation site and planned procedure at defined operating-room stages, recorded in the medical file.Suspected unlicensed medical providerA concern supported by verifiable facts and submitted to the competent local health authority for assessment; the reporter does not make the legal finding.Symptom-led diagnostic orderA clinician-controlled request linked to the current encounter and clinical question; booking or paying for it does not determine the result, diagnosis or follow-up decision.

The diagnostic tests, imaging and pathology center connects provider checks, orders, identity, costs, reports, image data, pathology material and clinician-led follow-up. It does not choose a test or interpret a result.
