Day surgeryA hospital-managed form of day medical care designed to complete an inpatient episode within 24 hours; it is not the same as an ordinary outpatient visit.Death-document apostilleAn apostille used in an applicable Hague Convention document chain after the receiving authority identifies the acceptable underlying Chinese document, translation and notarization route.Delayed test reportA report that has not reached the provider's expected release point; trace the order, collection, processing, review and delivery states without assuming what the result means.Dental after-hours routeThe exact provider-published telephone, campus, department and opening-time route for urgent contact outside routine dental hours; it is not online triage.Dental claim documentAn insurer-requested treatment plan, clinical record, itemized charge, receipt, payment proof or other named document for a dental claim.Dental clinicA licensed service route for oral healthcare whose exact specialty, clinician, language, price and emergency capability still require verification.Dental clinic filingThe official record for a dental clinic's legal name, address, responsible person, service mode and registered practice scope; it is not the same as everything on the invoice.Dispute chronologyA dated sequence of care events, documents, direct observations and attributed accounts written neutrally so a responsible institution or adviser can verify each source.Domestic adult vaccination proofA China vaccination provider's credential or record for a completed adult service, without automatic status as an international certificate or guaranteed acceptance by another recipient.Duplicate patient recordTwo or more patient numbers or files that may need provider verification and traceable linkage; linkage does not necessarily delete an old number.

The adult vaccination and travel health center separates clinic access, domestic records, International Travel Health Care Centers, ICVPs, border checks, destination requirements and outbound medical forms. It does not recommend a vaccine or confirm one journey’s live requirement.
Need the complete diagnostic-service route?
The diagnostic tests, imaging and pathology center connects provider checks, orders, identity, costs, reports, image data, pathology material and clinician-led follow-up. It does not choose a test or interpret a result.
