Task-specific authorizationWritten authority limited to a named provider, act, record set, time period and recipient, with scope and revocation checked separately for each hospital task.TCM institutionA licensed traditional Chinese medicine hospital, or a registered TCM service within another medical institution, whose legal entity and scope should be verified.Termination after medical periodA post-period employment decision that may require inability to perform the original and arranged alternative work, notice or pay in lieu and economic compensation under the controlling facts.Termination during medical periodAn employment-ending action considered while the statutory medical period is active; the protection limits specified grounds rather than creating absolute immunity from every lawful event.Test resultA laboratory, imaging or other report that should be reviewed through the provider's stated route.Transfusion consent recordThe institution's documented explanation-and-consent record for a proposed transfusion route; it does not let a website decide whether transfusion is clinically indicated.Transit health requirementA rule that may depend on the transit place, airport movement, duration, origin and destination and therefore must be checked separately from final-destination entry information.Translation assistanceLanguage support that should be confirmed for the exact department, time and clinical task.Travel-health document recipientThe border authority, destination body, consulate, school, employer, carrier or other organization that states which form it requires and decides whether the submitted document is acceptable.
