02 · Source hierarchy
Primary evidence first
We prefer national and local government sources, hospital or provider websites, official service notices and current regulator publications. Secondary sources may provide context but should not be the only evidence for critical operational claims.
03 · Review levels
More risk means more review
Low-risk orientation, glossary or non-clinical utility content. A current approved source check is required.
Source-led care navigation, document, appointment and administrative workflow information. A current approved source check is required.
Clinical education or other information where professional interpretation materially affects safe use. 1 current qualified review record required.
Safety-sensitive information requiring qualified review plus an independent second safety review. 2 current qualified review records required.

Current review-record status
No qualified clinical reviewer is currently recorded. Legacy compilation dates and source lists do not satisfy a publication rule. Only explicit current records support a professional-review label, and ineligible high-risk content remains unavailable.
04 · Legal-process information
Neutral process guidance, not case advice
Legal-process pages explain published routes, document handling and the stated scope of named sources. They do not decide rights, liability, deadlines, claim value, forum, evidence strategy or whether a reader should negotiate, mediate, arbitrate or litigate.
No China-qualified legal-information reviewer is currently named or implied. Public legal-process pages are source-linked navigation information and are not presented as professionally reviewed legal advice. A source list does not create a lawyer-client relationship or replace case-specific advice. Readers should seek counsel promptly where rights, deadlines or strategy may be affected.
05 · Hospital profiles
Inclusion is not a ranking
Profiles describe observable access details such as location, provider type, language information, appointment channels and emergency routes. We do not publish unsupported “best hospital” or clinical-quality rankings.
06 · Commercial policy
Editorial and advertising stay separate
Paid placements, sponsorships and referral relationships must be clearly labelled and must not control editorial conclusions. The current directory contains no paid placement.
07 · Corrections
Correct the affected page and its evidence record
When an official source changes or a discrepancy is found, the affected statement and its source are rechecked together. Safety-critical corrections receive priority, and material changes update the page review date. Readers should confirm time-sensitive service details directly with the responsible hospital, insurer or authority.
