CampusA specific hospital location; services and insurer arrangements can differ within one group.Carrier document checkA current airline or other carrier confirmation of its boarding-document process, kept separate from the destination authority's legal entry decision.Case submissionA traceable request sent through a verified hospital channel with the minimum case summary and records the receiving service asks for; sending it does not prove acceptance.CBCT dental imageA cone-beam CT image dataset that a receiving dental service must confirm it can accept and open; the term is not an examination recommendation.Cervical screeningA public-programme or ordinary clinical service whose local eligibility, booking, examination, report and follow-up ownership must be confirmed separately.Cervical-screening follow-upThe provider- or programme-controlled handoff after a screening report, including the responsible institution and appointment state;
