Electronic medical fee receiptA formal fiscal receipt delivered electronically by the issuing medical institution; it is separate from the itemized charge statement.Electronic prescription for online careA prescription personally issued and electronically signed by the treating online physician, then reviewed through the lawful pharmacy route; it is not an automatic refill or medicine recommendation.Emergency care destinationThe responsible clinician's recorded next route, such as discharge, observation, admission or transfer; a patient cannot assign it from a website label.Emergency contact onlyA person listed for notification or practical coordination who has no implied authority to consent, access records, instruct clinicians or control payment merely because the hospital has the contact details.Emergency departmentA hospital emergency service that must be verified at the exact campus separately from a hotline, map label or urgent clinic.Emergency institutional approvalThe documented medical-institution route used when urgent treatment is required and timely consent cannot be obtained; a relative, companion, insurer or website cannot invoke it independently.Emergency observation (留观)A provider-recorded status for continued emergency observation; it is not the same as inpatient admission and cannot be self-selected.Emergency patient identityThe identity details linked by the provider to the emergency encounter, orders, reports and charges; network participation does not prove that a specific service, product or patient is covered.Eye care refund requestA documented request identifying the provider or seller, payment, unused or disputed amount, cancellation state, decision owner and repayment route without proving entitlement.Eye examination recordThe responsible provider's dated record of an eye-care encounter and findings, kept with the correct patient and purpose without using the document for self-interpretation.Eye hospitalA licensed medical institution focused on ophthalmic care whose exact entity, campus, registered scope, clinicians, hours, language and payer route still require verification.Eye imaging recordA provider-held eye image or dataset linked to the correct patient, date, eye, device or examination and available report; the receiving service controls technical acceptance.Eye surgery handoffThe provider-controlled connection among the planned procedure record, admission or day-care status, consent, payment, discharge documents and named follow-up service.Eyeglasses orderA seller-issued record of the agreed prescription reference, frame and lens specifications, quantity, price, collection terms and any documented change or remake process.Eyeglasses receiptThe invoice, receipt or other valid sales evidence connecting an optical purchase to the seller, amount and date; The adult vaccination and travel health center separates clinic access, domestic records, International Travel Health Care Centers, ICVPs, border checks, destination requirements and outbound medical forms. It does not recommend a vaccine or confirm one journey’s live requirement.

The diagnostic tests, imaging and pathology center connects provider checks, orders, identity, costs, reports, image data, pathology material and clinician-led follow-up. It does not choose a test or interpret a result.
