A hospital may release different records through an app, kiosk, collection window or medical-record office. Ask about each document instead of assuming one report screen contains everything.
The official PUMCH workflow description includes test scheduling, report queries and medical-record functions, but other institutions may use different systems.

Request the complete report and ask whether original imaging files can be downloaded or supplied on physical media. Store access links and QR codes securely because they may expose health information.
